The job is a 6-month contract for an experienced Quantity Surveyor located in various sites across South East England, with hybrid working options available.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client on contract for approx. 6 months, to provideservices on various sites in the South East of England.

The successful candidate will be working 37 hours per week with the option for hybrid working. Visits to various sitelocations in the South East will be required.

The client is willing to look at rate expectations with CV submissions. Therefore, please submit your day/hourly rate andyour payment status (PAYE or Ltd Company) with a copy of your up to date CV.

The daily duties will be as follows:

Managing NEC4 Option C and Option E contracts for gas mains replacement
Contract administration

The successful candidate will have the following:

Experienced in managing Option C and E contracts
Qualifications required QS degree
