Leading interiors contractor, specialising in high-quality interior fit-out and drylining solutions, is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with solid experience in drylining to join their team. With a portfolio of prestigious projects across the UK, they offer the opportunity to work with industry experts and be part of some of the most innovative and challenging projects in construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure project costs remain within budget.
  • Prepare valuations and manage contract variations effectively to maintain project profitability.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials.
  • Identify project risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies to minimize exposure.
  • Generate accurate and timely project reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a collaborative and responsive approach to client needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within drylining or interior fit-out sectors.
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, variations, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
