Role Overview:
  • Location: Ilford
  • Basic Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 (depending on experience)
  • OTE: £35,000+ (uncapped commission)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Share: Work to create the largest active market share in the area.
  • Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and recommendations.
  • Maximise Profit: Achieve branch financial targets and ensure the branch performs optimally.
  • Team Management: Manage team performance with regular 1:1s, reviews, and morning meetings.
  • Planning & Action: Use action plans to influence results and drive the team to success.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Previous estate agency and customer service experience.
  • Target Driven: Proven track record of achieving targets, with a proactive and tenacious approach.
  • Team Management: Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Motivated & Enthusiastic: Positive attitude and high standards of service and presentation.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational abilities.
  • Car Owner & License: Must have a car and a full UK driving license (insured for business use).
  • Legal Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
