Role Overview:- Location: Ilford
- Basic Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 (depending on experience)
- OTE: £35,000+ (uncapped commission)
- Market Share: Work to create the largest active market share in the area.
- Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and recommendations.
- Maximise Profit: Achieve branch financial targets and ensure the branch performs optimally.
- Team Management: Manage team performance with regular 1:1s, reviews, and morning meetings.
- Planning & Action: Use action plans to influence results and drive the team to success.
- Experience: Previous estate agency and customer service experience.
- Target Driven: Proven track record of achieving targets, with a proactive and tenacious approach.
- Team Management: Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Motivated & Enthusiastic: Positive attitude and high standards of service and presentation.
- Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Car Owner & License: Must have a car and a full UK driving license (insured for business use).
