Role Overview:
  • Location: Ilford, London
  • Salary: £25,000 base salary
  • OTE: £50,000 - £60,000 (with uncapped commission)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service: Deliver the highest level of service to clients, setting the standard for the team.
  • Team Development: Develop, motivate, and train members of the team to achieve success.
  • Market Share & Business Growth: Increase market share and contribute to the continued growth in revenue.
  • Valuations & Instructing Properties: Conduct high-quality valuations and win instructions for sale.
  • Client Relations: Regularly liaise with landlords and tenants and collaborate with senior management on high-profile instructions.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Experience in valuing and listing properties in London.
  • Self-Motivation: Must have the drive to succeed and the desire to take on an exciting new challenge.
  • Full UK Driving License: Required (either automatic or manual).
