Our client has an amazing opportunity to join their well established private lettings agency as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. You will need to have a strong background in a lettings background and knowledge of the area. The right candidate will have passion to deliver high customer services and result driven.
The Basics:
- Monday Friday
- 9:00am 5:30pm
- Company car included
The Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with landlords and tenants.
- Procure new properties.
- Advertise properties across relevant channels.
- Manage rent deposits and collections, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
- Advise landlords and tenants on tenancy agreements and property maintenance.
- Work closely with clients.
The Skills & Requirements:
- Must be ARLA registered.
- A strong background in lettings management.
- Proven experience in rent guarantee insurance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- A UK valid Driving License
