We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to be site based in East London on a temporary basis.

Monday to Friday hours
£21.60 per hour dependent
As part of the in-house Property Management team you will be working alongside the wider Property Management team, as well as the Service Charge accounts team.
You will be based on site in East London but will be expected
Duties include:
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of leasehold properties.
- Carry out regular site visits to ensure that all buildings are in good order and provide monthly site inspection reports.
- Carry out monthly resident surgeries on site.
- Assist with the project management of major internal and external works.
- Liaise with contractors regarding repair works etc.
- Working with the SPM and accounts team with regards to service charge budgets and payments.
- Attending meetings with residents and lessees.
- Circulate information to leaseholders regarding maintenance work etc.
- Prepare service charge budgets for all properties.
- Regular meetings with the accounts team to manage cashflow and expenditure.
- Signing off invoices.
- Dealing with leaseholder enquiries and complaints.
- Signing off LPE1 and solicitor enquires.
- Support the SPM on portfolio related matters.
- Attend monthly Central Procurement Meetings with service providers to ensure compliance, monitor performance KPI's and manage contracts (e.g. M&E, insurance, Utilities).
- Monitor the GEM Central Tracker, Quooda, Bluebox, Building Link and other databases to ensure they are up to date, compliant and provide reports to SPM's and HOP.
- Manage Capital Expenditure Projects as required.
The Person
The Property Manager will have previous experience within Block Property Management and will have worked on either client-side or agent-side. They will also meet the below criteria:
Essential:
- Must have a good understanding of new build residential and mixed-use developments.
- Previous experience operating as a Property Manager or similar.
- You will have a sound understanding of multi-schedule budgets.
- You must possess a comprehensive understanding of the relevant Leasehold, Landlord and Tennant Act.
- The candidate will have a good understanding of budgets and accounts, to include utility billing and apportionment.
- Must be AIRPM Qualified.
- Visits to site will be necessary and therefore a driving license along with your own transport is essential.
Desirable:
- Will be MIRPM Qualified or working towards MIRPM.
- Previous experience managing direct reports with varying levels of experience.
