We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager for our client who is an independent Estate Agency in the Ilford area. The role is to oversee the daily operations of their residential properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Some duties but not limited:
路Manage tenant relations, including addressing queries and concerns promptly路Conduct property viewings and oversee the leasing process路Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors路Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with health and safety regulations路Handle rent collection and financial reporting路Utilise software for property management tasks路Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently路Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with tenants and contractors路Email Management to ensure correspondences are responded to & action in a timely manner.路Returning deposits & dealing with dilapidations.路Handle deposit dispute negotiations路Maintain up-to-date health and safety and fire risk assessments for required properties.路Ensure KPI鈥檚 and action points set by Management路Provide valuable feedback to improve processes, technology to deliver world class service levels to our customers路To provide support to the Senior Property Manager as required路Acknowledging and actioning anything from company director in relevance to a variety of topics as well as PA assistant work as required.路Cover work and offer assistance to colleagues when required or in the absence of staff
Ideal Candidate
路Previous experience as a Property Manager路Excellent written and verbal communication skills路Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels路An understanding of property legislation, contracts and Health & Safety路Ability to work under pressure路Good time management and organisation skills with attention to detail路Full driving licence
