An incredible opportunity has arisen with our client for a Property Manager, to join their Sales, Lettings, Commercial & Property Management Estate Agency.
Established in 1989 they are a unique Letting & Management organisation offering traditional rental services. In addition, the practice is one of Londons most successful Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists. Procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated with experience within a property Management role, are you dynamic and organised with good people skills, articulate, ambitious, and focused on delivering exceptional service.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Co-ordinating the departments work on a weekly and daily basis
- Bring on new contractors.
- Manage contractor relationships.
- Manage own property portfolio: - including referencing, moves ins, jobs, updating landlords, property inspections etc.
- Ensuring Property Management software systems are kept up to date.
- Ensuring landlords and tenants are kept informed.
- Ensuring all regulatory requirements (GSC, Deposit registrations etc.) are met.
- The first port of call for serious tenant/property management issues
Requirements:
- Ability to handle and resolve Customer complaints.
- Well organised and an excellent multitasker
- Great customer service attitude
- Good understanding of plumbing, electrical, boiler, handyman etc. issues
- Ability to review quotes, pick out anything overpriced or padded.
