An incredible opportunity has risen for a Senior Lettings Negotiator, to join a successful Estate Agency in Ilford. Established in the late 80's, this client is a unique organisation offering traditional rental services. In addition, the practice is one of London’s most successful Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists. Procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a proven track record, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate & ambitious. Basic SalaryPooled Commission with Bonus Income on TurnoverCar AllowancePrivate medical insuranceResponsibilities will include:· Generating and conducting market appraisals.· Winning instructions & closing deals.· Strong focus on generating new and repeat business.· Ensuring personal KPI’s are being met and exceeded.· Monitoring and promoting their online reviews.· Harnessing innovation and new business service provisions.· Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services.· Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld. Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator include:
  • Experience of increasing market share.
  • Must be strong market share winner.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Desire and success in winning new business.
  • Proficient IT skills and a regular social media user.
  • Full UK Driving License required.
  • Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.
  • Ambitious, dynamic, and motivated.
  • Strong at timekeeping and time management.
