The Company Recruitment Consultant
Our client operates within the Technology sector, placing candidates of all levels into permanent, contract, and interim roles. The company work with clients such as Deliveroo, Monzo, Rightmove, FundingCircle and ITV!
The Benefits Recruitment Consultant
- Salary completely dependent on experience but will range from £26k-£32k!
- Commission structure rising to 50% on a sliding scale with no threshold - earning opportunities of £40k + base salary each year!
- Transparent progression with clearly set-out and achievable targets for each promotion
- X2 holiday incentives each year- all expenses paid trips to the likes of Dubai, Ibiza, Mykonos, and South Africa
- Ongoing coaching and support throughout your career - team of dedicated recruitment trainers for any needs you have!
- Options to work from home 2/3 days per week (although the office is open full-time for those who prefer to come in)
The Role Recruitment Consultant
- Building up your client base through business development
- Meeting with clients and developing long-standing relationships to fully understand their ongoing hiring requirements
- Sourcing top talent through research and headhunting on LinkedIn
- Interviewing candidates and creating shortlists of 5-10 for your clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews and ensuring feedback is delivered within a timely manner
- Negotiating suitable contracts for your candidates
- Handling any reservations and exhibiting excellent problem solving skills
The Requirements Recruitment Consultant
- 6+ months experience working in a sales-based role (cold-calling, working towards targets, working towards commission)
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
- Financial drive and a desire to earn over your basic salary
- Ambitious and hungry to make a name for yourself and progress your career rapidly
