About the Role:

We are currently recruiting a Reprographics Assistant for a well-established secondary school in Newham. This is an exciting opportunity to support the smooth running of the schools reprographics department by managing all aspects of printing, copying, and document preparation. As the Reprographics Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that teaching staff and students have access to high-quality printed materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating and maintaining the schools reprographics equipment, including printers, copiers, and laminators.
Preparing and printing teaching resources, exam papers, and other documents as required.
Ensuring all documents are produced to the highest standard and within specified timeframes.
Organising and storing printed materials for staff and students.
Assisting with the management of the schools stationery and paper supplies.
Providing general administrative support to staff and departments as required.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a reprographics or print-based role (desirable, but not essential).
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
Proactive, with the ability to work independently when needed.
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support staff and students.
