Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an elegant dining environment. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional who is looking to progress in their career towards an Assistant General Manager (AGM) position.

As our Restaurant Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and hospitality. This is a hands-on management role where your presence on the floor and interaction with guests will be key to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Train, mentor, and develop front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Ensure that all service procedures are adhered to and consistently delivered to the highest standard.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently, turning any negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special events to optimize guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and costs to maintain profitability.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to drive restaurant revenue.
  • Take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an elegant dining environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Hands-on management style with a passion for providing top-tier service.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine, and food pairings is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
