High Note Hospitality is a new hospitality group founded by industry veterans James Dye (Camberwell Arms, Bambi, Franks Peckham) and Benjy Leibowitz (NoMad NYC, JKS, inHouse). We are thrilled to announce the launch of our first site in Shoreditch in February 2025 and are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join us.
Our first site will feature two unique concepts within one building, blending vibrant dining and hospitality experiences to create one of 2025s most exciting openings.
This opening is just the beginning of our journey, with more exciting projects in the pipeline. Joining our opening team offers an incredible opportunity for growth and development as the group expands.

Salary: 40-45k per annum (inc tronc)
