COREcruitment is working with a leading competitive socialising company is looking for an experienced, driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead sales growth across its unique venues. This role focuses on increasing revenue by securing new business and deepening client relationships in the competitive socialising and entertainment space. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with a strong background in sales and business development, ideally within hospitality, events, or entertainment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a targeted sales strategy to maximise revenue across corporate, group, and private events.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with corporate partners, event planners, and key stakeholders to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
• New Business Acquisition: Actively seek out and secure new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and leveraging industry contacts.
