Here at Chenai Holistic Homecare we are looking for an experienced Full Time Branch Manager to be base at our Head Office in South Woodham Ferrers.

We are looking for the ideal candidate to assist in the effective running of the business and maintaining professional working relationships with the staff and the service users and their families and working in line with our regulatory body The Care Quality Commission. Responsibilities:
  • To maintain a high quality service working in partnership with colleagues to manage services.
  • Nominated Safeguarding Officer.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Effective day to day running of the business.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality, person-centred care through care planning and risk assessment.
  • To ensure the service meets and indeed exceeds the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) and the Care Quality Commission guidance.
  • To ensure all staff work in line with Chenai Holistic Homecare Ltd policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the out of hours service.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Wide knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in maintaining compliance.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with the service users and families and other working professionals.
  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards the relevant qualification.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in Health and Social Care.
  • Good Time Management and Organisational skills.
  • Working closely with the Director and reporting on a daily basis.
