About the Role:
As an ad hoc Cover Supervisor/Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects when teaching staff are absent.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Support students in their educational journey, fostering engagement and participation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with secondary school students.
• A positive, proactive approach and the ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but not essential.
