Exciting Opportunity for an ECT English Teacher in Redbridge!
GSL Education London Branch is looking for a passionate and dedicated ECT English Teacher to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding school in Redbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Early Career Teacher to kickstart their teaching journey in a supportive and high-achieving environment.
Responsibilities of the ECT English Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Inspire and motivate students to develop their reading, writing, and analytical skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum.
- Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and student engagement.
Requirements for the ECT English Teacher:
- Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for English.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
