GSL Education London Branch are seeking a passionate ECT English Teacher to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding school in Redbridge. • Plan and deliver engaging and creative English lessons that meet curriculum standards.

• Inspire and motivate students to develop a love for English literature and language.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an outstanding learning environment.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and productive space for learning.

• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it.

• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning needs.

• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
