The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our team full-time from January 2025. This permanent position offers the opportunity to inspire students in the fascinating world of mathematics, fostering a love for the subject and developing their analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and structured mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, in line with the national curriculum.
  • Encourage students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through a variety of teaching methods.
  • Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Mathematics exams, providing support and resources to help them excel.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and targeted support.
  • Contribute to the development of the mathematics curriculum, including resources and innovative teaching strategies.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a growth mindset and confidence in mathematics.

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics education.
  • Experience teaching mathematics at GCSE and A-Level is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
