Salary: £160 - £250 per day

Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? A coeducational secondary school in Redbridge is seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their dynamic team from January 2025.
As a Science Teacher, you will inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering innovative and interactive science lessons that foster curiosity and a love for learning. You’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking department, committed to providing students with the best possible education in the sciences.
Science Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Teach a range of scientific disciplines, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning.
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to inspire a love for science.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
- Support students’ individual learning needs and encourage academic success.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Science Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching science at secondary level, or a desire to develop in this area (ECTs are encouraged to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
