About you, and the role as a HLTA:

  • You will be able to collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure students receive a high-quality education that meets their needs.
  • Strong understanding of the curriculum and ability to deliver engaging lessons
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff members and students.
  • Up to date enhanced DBS
  • A commitment to ensuring all students receive the best possible education.
  • Be able to follow lesson plans and instruction from the classroom teacher whenever required.
