- Holds a relevant degree and prepared to be trained as a Teacher when the time comes
- Prior experience of working with young pupils in any capacity (desirable)
- Can tailor learning to meet individual learning needs
- Works well within a team sharing best practices
- Engaging, energetic and accountable
- Has a DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to undergo a new check
