Vibrance has an exciting opportunity available for you to join the team as a Support Worker based in Rook Lodge, Ilford. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week.In return, you will receive a salary of £23,177 per annum plus benefits.

Vibrance provides a range of innovative supported housing and community care services to adults with a learning disability and adults who use mental health services.

Staff are involved in supporting the residents in all aspects of their daily life, and because all our residents have different and changing needs, each individual has a care plan.  

What we are looking for in our Support Worker:                                                                           

Our requirements: a can-do attitude, good problem solver, good communicator, caring & supportive, friendly and approachable and a professional attitude. A willingness to learn and develop.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our dedicated staff team. You will work closely with residents, providing them with physical and emotional support in all areas of day-to-day life, both inside and outside the home (e.g. personal care, mealtimes, recreation and leisure, attending medical appointments etc).   

We are looking for experienced support workers, who can write, evaluate and review support plans, risk assessments, and assessment of needs, who are computer literate and have mental health experience, If you feel that you can make a real difference to the more vulnerable in society, adding value to peoples’ lives and working with them to achieve their goals then this role is for you.
