We are recruiting for a passionateCare Coordinator.We are looking for an individual with the strength and determination to support us in taking our business to the next level. You will be a key member of the Right at Home Team providing operational support. . You will work alongside General, Registered Manager and other staff members as such. Salary starting from £26k

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Template planned visit 4 weeks in advance, review and update the current runs ensuring continuity at all times.
  • To ensure daily visit interruptions are reallocated on scheduled time.
  • Responsible managing annual leave, absences and return to work interviews.
  • Conduct Supervision, annual appraisal of care team.
  • Monitor and ensure weekly attendance and punctuality report meet organisation set KPIs.
  • Managing Performance Issues of care team and provide constructive feedback for improvements.
  • Schedule out rotas on time
  • Understand and support your staff and motivating your team to deliver.
  • Addressing concerns about conduct, Level of work, competency, and skills development to meet clients needs.
  • Understanding and knowing your clients with periodic visit to meet them in person.
  • Excellent organiser with clear understanding of evidence based communication log in the system to meet quality standard.
  • Actively contribution to weekly, monthly meetings and completing organisational KPIs to fruition.
  • On-Call Duties (Paid and Rota basis)
