What you will do:- Attend Accommodation Panel: Actively participate in accommodation panels to ensure every decision supports the best outcomes for service users.- Complete Placement Reviews: Conduct detailed assessments of out-of-borough placements to guarantee they meet the evolving needs of service users.- Support Team with Internal Placement Reviews: Provide assistance to the team by performing regular evaluations on all placements to ensure their continual suitability.- Conduct Placement Spot Checks: Carry out regular spot checks to ensure that placements adhere to standards and effectively support service user needs.- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with healthcare providers, community organisations, and social services to deliver comprehensive care.- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure meticulous record-keeping of all activities and reviews, complying with confidentiality and data protection legislation.- Participate in Meetings and Training: Take part in meetings and training to stay informed on the latest social work practices and legislative updates.Living and working in Redbridge brings you close to an exciting array of cultural and recreational activities, with easy access to central London.
