We are currently working with a social housing contractor, who are actively looking to recruit a Head of Bid Management into their organisation on a permanent basis. The organisation are going through an exciting period of change and it is an excellent time to join them.
As Head of Bid Management, you will:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing bid team across multiple disciplines.
- Own the end-to-end bid process, from PQQ through to final submission and interview.
- Develop win strategies that align with business goals and resonate with housing clients.
- Collaborate closely with Directors, Commercial teams, and Delivery to ensure high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals.
- Analyse and improve bid success rates, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
The Head of Bid Management will need:
- A proven track record in leading successful bids—ideally within the social housing, construction, or property services sectors.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A commercially astute mindset with an eye for what wins work.
- The ability to write, review, and influence persuasive, client-focused submissions.
- Passion for social value and making a difference in communities.
