We are working with a London Borough that is at the forefront of Children's Social Care reforms, leading the way with the DfE Families First for Children Pathfinder Pilot. They are expanding our Family Help Teams and looking for dedicated Social Workers and Senior Practitioners who are passionate about improving outcomes for children and families.

What You'll Do:

  • Offer expert safeguarding oversight through the Multi-Agency Child Protection Team (MACPT).
  • Manage and guide families through Early Help, Child in Need, and Child Protection pathways.
