About Us:
We are working with a proud, diverse and vibrant school in the Heart of Ilford. The school is looking for an EYFS SEN TA for an ASAP start. They pride themselves on building emotionally healthy relationships with the pupils, families and the community. The Principal is now looking for an experienced EYFS SEN TA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the classroom teacher in supporting SEN pupils.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience working within an EYFS classroom
- Knowledge: Understanding of supporting SEN pupils
- Desirable: Experience working with children in a school setting
