One of our fantastic schools is looking for a graduate TA who will work with students with varyng SEN needs.

Additonally you will be able to use your sporting flare and take sports sessions too. 

Location: Redbridge
Salary: £90-£120 per day
Hours: Full-time
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored learning activities and provide one-on-one support and small group sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers in creating a welcoming and interesting classroom environment by assisting in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources to foster a love for learning.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment to ensure the well-being and safeguarding of all students.
  • Support the management of student behaviour and encourage positive social interactions.
  • Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/carers.
  • Additionally take afterschool clubs when needed. 

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with primary school-aged children, preferably in a teaching assistant role.
