· Has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.

· Is confident working across primary and secondary age groups in a specialist setting.

· Can build strong relationships with students, providing tailored support to help them access learning.

· Works well as part of a team, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and support staff.

· Has excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting student development.

Your Responsibilities:

· Provide one-to-one and small group support, adapting learning materials to meet individual needs.

· Assist in implementing EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies.

· Support students in developing communication, independence, and life skills.

· Work closely with teachers and therapists to ensure consistent and effective support.

· Help create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
