SEN Teaching Assistant
Prospero Teaching is looking for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant for an Ofsted "Good" Primary school in Redbridge, London.
The school is a popular three-form entry mainstream Primary School with a supportive senior leadership team.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
- Location - Redbridge, London
- Position - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
- Type of work - Supporting a Year 1 Boy with ASD
- Contract or position start date - ASAP
- Duration / Likely Duration - Until end of the academic year July 2025
- Contract or position end date (if applicable) - July 2025
- Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary
- Full time/part time - Full time
- Rate of pay - 85 - 105 per day
- Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30pm : Mon - Fri (term time only)
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideally minimum 1 year experience in the UK Primary Schools
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two year
