Responsibilities of an SEN TA:
- Providing 1:1 or small group support across a range of abilities
- Helping pupils with emotional regulation and communication strategies
- Working closely with teachers and therapists to promote consistent support
- Creating a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment
We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable
- Calm, patient, empathetic, and proactive
- Looking for flexible or part-time work
- Available to startASAP
- Access to References and an Enhanced DBS
