Complete Classroom Services are working with an incredibly welcomingSEN School in Waltham Forest,who are looking for enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TA)to join their team. You will be supporting learners withAutism, communication needs, and associated behavioural challenges. This role is all aboutemotional regulation, helping to bride gaps in learning, and encouraging positive social developmentin a supportive and understanding environment.

Responsibilities of an SEN TA:

Providing 1:1 or small group support across a range of abilities
Helping pupils with emotional regulation and communication strategies
Working closely with teachers and therapists to promote consistent support
Creating a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment

We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable
Calm, patient, empathetic, and proactive
