We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join a dynamic and fun Mainstream Primary School which is located in Redbridge. The role involves working with a child who is on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and is Non-verbal.

Responsibilities of a Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) :

Provide tailored support to pupils with varying special educational needs.Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.Assist in the development of social skills, communication, and independence.Support children in their daily activities and learning tasks, ensuring they are engaged and progressing.The successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) will have:

Passion for working with children with SEN.A patient, empathetic and creative approach in supporting SEN pupilsPrior experience supporting children with SENA positive attitude towards learning and a commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential.An Enhanced DBS
