We are urgently looking for a passionate Complex needs TA to join a leading complex needs school in Redbridge, starting ASAP. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of students with special educational needs, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.About the Role: As an Complex needs TA, you will provide vital support to students with complex needs, including physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and autism. You will work closely with both teaching staff and other support staff to create a positive and enriching learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups, supporting students in their day-to-day learning and social activities.
  • Assist the classroom teacher in adapting materials to meet the unique needs of each pupil, ensuring maximum engagement.
