Job title: Supply Chain Co-OrdinatorJob location: Ilford, LondonShifts: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30Rate: £21.56 PAYE / £27.50 UmbrellaHours per week: 42 Average.Start Date: ASAPCompany Summary:A global leader in Rolling Stock vehicle manufacturing, service and maintenance are looking for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join a large turnkey project.Position Summary: You will be responsible for the continuation and improvement of the supply chain relationships within the nominated suppliers to ensure that material is delivered on time and within budgets.Position tasks and responsibilities in this role may include but are not limited to:* Reporting on KPI's.* Materials control.* Creation and validation of material demands.* Creation and management of purchase reqs.* Maintain an inventory database: monitoring stock levels and inventory value.* Stock management in line with requirements of production * Expedite material deliveries to ensure material is in the right place, at the right time.* Monitoring of supplier performance.* Performance reviews with supply chain.* Ensure SAP inventory parameter settings are accurate at all times. * Order book management* Negotiate PO changes with suppliers to ensure due dates and quantities are aligned to fluctuations in Operations requirements. * Resolution of invoice queriesPerson Profile:The ideal Candidate we are looking for will be a self motivated and data driven person with good analytical skills.
