What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience in tutoring is essential.
- Desirable Qualifications: QTS, PGCE, or similar qualifications are a plus.
- Special Education Needs (SEN): Experience with SEN children is highly desirable, though not essential.
- Passion for Teaching: A commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.
Your Role:
- Provide personalized tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Help students with their academic work, improving their understanding and confidence.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
To be eligible for the LSA role through Prospero Teaching you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child-related references
