Interim Maintenance Manager needed for an award winning FMCG Manufacturer
Interim Maintenance Manager will be outside IR35 on a day rate - rate is neg on experience
Monday to Friday role.
Interim Maintenance Manager must have Engineering qualifications and UK FMCG Manufacturing experience and full rights to work in UK.
Interim Maintenance Manager duties
To carry out the requirements of the planned preventive maintenance programme.
- To ensure that all plant is fully maintained in optimum condition to ensure that company downtime reduction, plant reliability and OEE improvement are delivered on all lines.
- To maintain a planned maintenance system on all equipment with appropriate budgetary control.
- Allocate maintenance work to engineering specialists and ensure feedback from them.
- Identify training needs of direct reports and prepare plans to meet these needs.
- Ensure correct spare parts stocking, necessary to ensure the operation of lines delivery equipment whilst keeping stock to a minimum.
- Manage contractors onsite.
- Participate and contribute to Continuous Improvement (Professional Maintenance) and Zero Loss Activity.
