WHO ARE WE?

At Munchkin Sports we work with over 4000 children each week, providing each child with the opportunity to learn new skills, strengthen their co-ordination and agility and have fun! It is our intention that every child that attends one of our classes or camps goes away with a sense of fulfilment. Working with schools and sports clubs we offer PPA/PE Cover, multi-activity Holiday Camps, and weekend classes for children aged 2-11 years in a wide range of different sports.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Your main responsibility will be to coordinate all of the staffing for the business. This will include: -

  • Scheduling all our staff into their shift patterns throughout the year across our various products
  • Assist and help to run our recruitment days.
  • Be involved with training our part timers.
  • Setting up new starters on our scheduling app and updating the database with their respective paygrades. This will include liaising with senior management on government pay changes.
  • Provide references for part time staff.
  • Creating a monthly staff newsletter. This will include information or updates about the company, any achievements, coach of the month awards etc.
  • Upholding staff retention by organising events, staff socials and birthday celebrations.
  • Attend career fairs and events where you will speak to students and maximise your applications for part time roles.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS / IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel, Office, Word and other associated apps
  • Enthusiastic collaborator with a positive attitude.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL RECEIVE:
