My client are a large Heating Contractor, widely known within the Social Housing sector. They specialise in day to day reactive maintenance in occupied/void domestic properties all over the South East.
Due to expansion and growth within the business, we are offering YOU the opportunity to join a team of very skilled and respected people of the trade. We are looking for confident Plumber to join and grow alongside the company.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are searching for a Plumber to be a part of a skilled team, maintenance projects in occupied properties on behalf of a widely known housing association,
Van and fuel card are provided,
Base salary of approximately £33k (holiday pay, pension scheme etc included)
Overtime is optional,

Duties will include day to day plumbing reactive maintenance repairs within occupied domestic houses in the social housing sector in East London.
If you have...
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
- A trade qualification(NVQ/City and Guilds)
- Relevant social housing/maintenance experience
- Clear understanding of duties involved in the role.
