Repairs Supervisor Social Housing

We are seeking a skilled Reactive Repairs Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance operations in properties within North London. This will be a mobile role within the North London area.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a solid background in the Social Housing sector- as well as previous experience in a supervisory role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects of varying sizes, working with contractors from the initial quoting stage through to job coding

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality service by managing work scheduling in line with company procedures, standards, and SLAs.
  • Represent the company at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager.
  • Oversee the responsive repairs function to consistently meet performance targets.
  • Effectively manage material costs and ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Monitor work quality through inspections, reports, performance indicators, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Lead and develop your team, determining optimal staffing levels to meet service requirements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supervising maintenance activities within social housing
  • SSSTS
  • Experienced Trades Professional
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve
  • Multi task and work to tight deadlines.
