JOB TITLE:
CNC Machinist

PAY INCREMENTS:
After 12 weeks service you will be assessed via our clients in-house Skills Matrix where your initial pay could be increased based on the skills you have demonstrated. BONUS:
There's also a performance driven, yearly 3% Site Bonus (discretionary)| Furthermore, opportunity for additional financial gain through Site Engagement Bonuses such as Employee of the Month (250)

OVERTIME:
Overtime is paid at X1.5 over 37 hours and X2 Sundays & Bank Holidays

HOURS:
37-hour working week | Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 14:00 and Friday 06:00 - 11:00 / Monday to Thursday 14:00 - 22:00 and Friday 11:00 - 16:00 on a rotating shift. Shift premium is paid at 15% for the early shift and 25% for the late shift.
