Our client is looking for an experienced, skilled healthcare professional with a passion for providing exceptional care to individuals living with dementia. We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Home Manager in the Ilfracombe, North Devon area to take ownership of their 40 bed nursing and residential home.


Key Responsibilities:

*Lead and manage a team of skilled nurses, caregivers, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
*Develop and implement care plans and protocols specific to individuals living with dementia, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
*Conduct comprehensive assessments and regular reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets regulatory standards.
*Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
*Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in dementia care, implementing innovative strategies to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
*Maintain accurate documentation, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements:

*Proven experience in managing a care home with a minimum of 2 years.
