Key Skills:
- Strong Excel skills - confident in working with spreadsheets, formulas, and data manipulation.
- Attention to detail - ensures accuracy in handling and updating data.
- Eagerness to learn - enthusiasm for developing new skills in data management, eCommerce platforms, and ERP systems.
- Analytical thinking - able to approach problems logically and propose solutions.
- Organisational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Communication skills - able to liaise effectively with team members and external contacts.
- Interest in technology and data - a natural curiosity about working with systems and exploring reporting tools like Power BI or JET Reports.
Main Responsibilities:
Data Management (80%):
- Working predominantly with Excel to manage data into multiple platforms.
- Import and update data within Microsoft NAV, including product data, supplier and selling prices.
- Manage data on Magento, Amazon, eBay, and Formeo platforms.
- Prepare NHS formularies and develop pricing for tenders and contracts.
- Maintain data accuracy across all platforms and systems.
Reporting & Development (20%):
- Maintain, Design and implement automated reports using JET Reports.
- Support the development of the company's Power BI strategy.
- Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Assist in data-heavy projects, including future ERP/ E-Commerce upgrades.
