Joiner

DCT Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Joiner to join our team based in Shipley, Derby, (DE75). As a Joiner, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to carpentry and joinery, including the installation, repair, and maintenance of wooden structures and fixtures.

Responsibilities:

- Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and design plans
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials
- Repairing or replacing damaged wooden structures
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
- Collaborating with other tradespeople and contractors as required
- All aspects of 2nd fix joinery
- Fitting doors & Fire doors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter
- Proficient in using various carpentry tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid CSCS card or willing to obtain one
- Must have UTR Number

Salary:

- 23 per hour (CIS)

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday
- 07:00-17:00
