Are you an Estimator with experience working on roofing and cladding projects and are looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to join a company where you will be exposed to a variety of projects and have great opportunities to progress?

This established yet growing contractor operate across the Midlands specializing in roofing and building envelope projects. With the majority of their project being within the industrial and commercial sector they offer full design and construction services to their diverse range of services. Their strong focus on quality has found them great success as of late which is why they are looking to add to their dynamic work force with this great opportunity.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities; you will be working within a team of estimators; alongside your team members you will be responsible for managing tenders of various sizes and budgets and the cost estimates for those projects. Their will be the potential for you to attend on-site meetings to liaise with on-site teams and suppliers when needed. As well as that you will be creating take offs from drawings and specifications to determine all labour and cost for those projects. You will be using estimating software and tools to generate the breakdown for proposals.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an Estimator with previous experience working on roofing and cladding projects to be able to hit the ground running, as well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to site when required.
