My Client based in Derbyshire is currently looking for a part time Building Surveyor
Your responsibilities will be focused on assisting the responsive and planned maintenance teams on all non-residential stock
- Perform responsive maintenance and repairs surveys, writing reports and specifying works for contractors
- Local authority experience is desirable
- An awareness of legionella, asbestos and building regulations
You will receive:
- 3 month initial contract - 2 days per week
- Competitive rate
- IR35 - TBC
- 45p per mile business mileage
