We're seeking two dedicated, experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team immediately in Ilkeston. If you're a hardworking and motivated individual, this opportunity could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate!

Role Overview:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am 4:30pm (with flexibility required)
Pay Rate: £14 - £14.50 per hour (DOE) + Holiday Pay
Overtime: Available! Saturdays and Sundays are paid at time and a half.
Employment Type: PAYE
Potential for permanent placement after a successful probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

Trowel finishing and smoothing wet concrete
Skimming and levelling out concrete surfaces
Repairing damaged edges and corners
Filling in cracks and blowholes
Applying bagging mix to surfaces
Interpreting mould drawings and measurements
Heavy lifting and manual labour
Maintaining a clean and safe work site
Working in a dusty environment
Possibility of gaining machine operation certifications after being made permanent

What We're Looking For:

Concrete finishing experience is essential
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Ability to handle physical tasks in challenging environments
