Description
路 Lead, manage, and motivate the responsive repairs team to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
路 Coordinate and schedule repair works to ensure timely resolution of tenant-reported issues.
路 Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines.
路 Liaise with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of concerns.
路 Manage budgets, resources, and materials to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
路 Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities using CRM systems.
路 Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
路 Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Profile
路 Housing experience is essential
路 Experience supervising a trades team
路 Full UK driving license

路 Agile Working, 1 day in the office required
