We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Finance Manager to join our client’s team, with the opportunity for rapid advancement toFinance Controller within six months. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director, taking a key role in shaping the company’s financial success and supporting its growth.

Responsibilities:

Managing all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Delivering in-depth financial analyses to guide strategic decisions.
Producing comprehensive management reports, covering areas such as margin analysis, labour costs, material variances and production expenses.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining robust internal controls.
Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Collaborating across departments to enhance efficiency and drive profitability.
Providing strategic advice and insights to the Managing Director to support business objectives.

Requirements:

Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA/CIMA qualification is advantageous).
Has 3-5 years of experience in financial management or controlling.
Possesses excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail.
Communicates effectively and can simplify complex financial data.
Is proactive, ambitious and eager to grow with the company.
