A Fork Lift Driver/Labourer position is available in the Ilkeston area, starting as an ongoing temporary role during the winter months on a night shift from Monday to Thursday, 10pm to 6:30am.
The job requires a valid Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck Licence and at least two years of experience driving a Counterbalance Truck, with preference for candidates with additional forklift truck double handler attachment or Shovel Loader experience.
Duties include loading and unloading vehicles, some manual labor, and working mainly outdoors in a yard environment.
The pay is £16.45 per hour, with a weekly attendance bonus and overtime opportunities, while the day shift pay is £13.16 per hour for the initial training period.
Candidates must possess good numeracy skills, be able to understand written documentation, and be flexible to work overtime and night shifts.

We are now recruiting on behalf of our client, based in the Ilkeston area for a Fork Lift Driver,/Labourer . This is initially an on-going temporary role, working through the winter months on a night shift. Monday - Thursday 10pm - 6.30am. You will work days for the first few weeks whilst training (Monday - Friday)

Duties

-Working mainly outdoors in a yard environment-Loading and unloading vehicles, using a Counterbalance Fork Lift-Some manual labour will be required.

What we are looking for

-Valid, current Fork Lift Truck Licence (counterbalance).-Forklift truck double handler attachment/Shovel Loader experience preferred.-At least two years work experience driving a Counterbalance Truck.-Good numeracy skills and able to understand written documentation.-Able to work overtime when required-Able to work a night shift
